With RemotePRO Air, CONNEX 2 is enhanced with a new remote diagnostics mode that leverages the native connectivity of modern vehicles to offer an innovative, flexible and highly professional service.

Thanks to the centralised connection of connected vehicles ( ), diagnostic information can be accessed without additional devices.

Contactless diagnostics, even before the vehicle arrives RemotePRO Air allows workshops to remotely check the status of a vehicle, even before it physically enters the workshop.

Currently available for BMW, Mini and Mercedes-Benz vehicles (with connected vehicle technology), this feature opens up new operational possibilities:
